Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order, unworn/unused, with tags and in the original packaging, for a refund or store credit.
Note: Store credit is non-refundable and is issued once the return is received and processed.

1. YOUR 14-DAY COOLING-OFF RIGHT

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

If you cancel within 14 days:

  • We refund the item price plus the standard outbound delivery charge you originally paid (if any).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will provide a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund (or from your balance with us, if applicable).

2. OUR 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

We also accept returns up to day 30 from receipt. For returns made after day 14, but within 30 days:

  • We refund the item price only (the original delivery cost is not refunded).
  • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility. We will provide a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund (or store credit).

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Start your return via your customer account portal or email hello@ocavvo.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and your prepaid return label.
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first—such returns will not be accepted.

4. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt/proof of purchase.

5. DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and put it right.

6. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalised items and pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings) once unsealed are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
  • Gift cards and items marked final sale (where stated on the product page) are non-returnable.

7. EXCHANGES

For the fastest exchange, return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

8. EU CUSTOMERS: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off right. Items must be returned unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility; if you use a OCAVVO prepaid label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

9. REFUNDS- TIMING 

We’ll email you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or acceptable proof of return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
