Thank you for shopping with OCAVVO. Below you’ll find details about our shipping services, delivery times, and costs.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

  • Pre-order items are dispatched once stock is available (see Section 5).

2. UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Free on certain offers, when available). Estimated 2–4 working days.

  • Express Delivery: £5.99 (Next working day for orders placed before 2pm, Mon–Fri).

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

3. EUROPE SHIPPING

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: £9.99 (Free on certain offers, when available). Estimated 7–10 working days.

  • Express Tracked Delivery: £30.00 (Estimated 3–7 working days).

  • All addresses must be provided in English.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (including Brexit-related charges).

4. REST OF THE WORLD

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: £9.99 (Free on certain offers, when available). Estimated 10–14 working days.

  • Express Tracked Delivery: £30.00 (Estimated 3–7 working days).

  • All addresses must be provided in English.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for Express Delivery.

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:

    • Orders over £150: in-stock items are shipped first.

    • Orders under £150: the order will be held until all items are available.

6. TRACKING & RESPONSABILITY

  • All orders are shipped with full tracking.

  • OCAVVO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

  • If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund in line with UK consumer protection law.

7. CONSUMER RIGHTS 

  • Under UK law, if you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a refund of your items plus the standard delivery charge (if paid).
