Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, either for a refund or store credit. Please note that store credit is non-refundable and will be issued once the item has been received and processed.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. If you cancel within this period:
We will refund the item price plus the standard delivery charge you originally paid.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Rush. will provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Our 30-Day Returns Policy
We also offer returns up to 30 days from receipt of your order. For returns made after the 14-day cooling-off period:
We will refund the item price only. The original delivery cost will not be refunded.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please log into your customer account portal or contact us at hello@rushthebrand.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you full instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as these will not be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions
Personalised products and pierced jewellery (such as earrings) that have been unsealed are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your purchase and make a new order once the return has been accepted.
If your order included a promotional gift (for example, during our Golden Week offer where qualifying orders received a free item), you must return the gift in its original condition along with your order. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund or charge the amount separately.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
